Developmental trajectories provides spatiotemporal gene expression profiles of more than 90 neurobiological processes. It encompasses neurodevelopment, neural cell type and neurotransmission searches. Neurodevelopment and neural cell type trajectories provide the principle component analysis of the expression of grouped genes in cerebellar cortex (CBC), mediodorsal nucleus of the thalamus (MD), striatum (STR), amygdala (AMY), hippocampus (HIP) and neocortex (NCX). Neurotransmition trajectory provides the grouped gene expression in the said six brain regions.
